Abstract

The development and improvement of methods, models and software, intended for the effectiveness increase of the development control for regional power systems (RPS) under new conditions with the account of undeterminacy factors are the aim of the paper. As a result economic-statistical and econometric methods and models for the forecasting of levels and regimes of power consumption hav been elaborated as well as an imitation systems for the investigation of solution regions of the RPS development. Methods, ensuring the increase of the substantiation dergee for decisions of the construction and technical re-equipment of power stations, have been developed. The results have been used at the starategy substantiation of the Ural RPS development in the "Ural" complex program and also in invstigations of "Complex regional problems of power" program.
