THE FREE-RADICAL PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS OF THE NITROGEN KATABOLISM IN BLOOD WITH THE HYPOXIA AND HYPEROXIA

By Andrey Yurievich Vinogradov

Abstract

The object of investigation: the blood plasma of the not-pedigreed he-rats. The purpose of the work: establishing the interconnection between the nitrogen katabolism product level and the intensity of the free-radical processes in the blood plasma with the hypoxia with the subsequent hyperoxia. Given has been the evaluation of the hypoxia and hyperoxia effect to the oxidative damage of the organism with the successive action on it of the both regimems of oxygenation. The role of the peptide components of the average mass molecules in the system of the katabolism products - regulators of the free-radical processes intensity has been determined. The obtained results can be applied to the evaluation of efficiency of the GBO-therapy of the hypoxic states of the people. The uric acid can be recommended as the protector with the hyperoxia after the additional investigations. The determination of the average mass molecules level in the blood plasma can serve as the indicator, characterizing the hardness of the hyperoxic damageAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
