THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROTEINS EXPRESSION SYSTEM ON THE BASE OF VIRUS OF THE HORSES VENEZUELA ENCEPHALOMYELITIS (HVE) AND INVESTIGATION OF FUNCTIONING OF PROMOTOR OF SUBGENOME 26S RNA OF THIS VIRUS

Abstract

The purpose of the work: the development of the protein expression system on the base of virus of the horses Venezuela encephalomyelitis (HVE), the determination of areas of the HVE virus genome, building in the purposeful gene into which brings to its effective expression. The methods of the genetic engineering, the transfection of cells, the modern methods of the molecular biology have been used. For the first time, the area of the HVE virus genome has been localized, the insert into which of the foreign genetic information brings to its effective expression in vivo and in vitro. Developed has been the system of the proteins expression in the cells of eukaryotes, based on using the genetic apparatus of the HVE virus. Plasmides E.coli, bearing the full-dimensional DNA-copies of the recombinant HVE viruses have been obtained.
