REGENERATION OF ELECTROLYTES AND IMPROVEMENT OF ELECTROCHEMICAL SHAPING (ACS) PROCESS ACCORDING TO STENCIL

Abstract

There three diverse mechanisms of nickel accumulation in the ammonium electrolytes during the ACS of 79NM alloy, of 12Kh18N10T steel and of pure nickel have been ascertained. The explanation of anomalous high rates of nickel precipitating during the ACS has been presented for the first time SV-2000 glass-carbon as the material for the making of solid electrodes has been used for the first time. The extraction process of nickel from the electrolytes for the ACS has been developed; it allows to increase their service life 4 - 5 times. The process and the experimental industrial plant have been introduced at the Yuzhny Machine-Building Works (Dnepropetrovsk).
