STRENGTH AND DURABILITY OF STRUCTURAL MATERIALS IN CONDITIONS OF SMALL-REPEATED THERMOMECHANICAL LOADING OVER COMPLEX TRAJECTORIES

Abstract

The mathematical and phenomenological modelling methods of damage mechanics and also the up-to-date test, measurement and computer equipment have been used. The damage criteria, state equations, interpolation methods for evaluation of the deformations in the concentration zones taking non-isothermality and disproportion of the small-repeated loading and alsj initial material anisotropy into consideration have been developed. The integrity of brought up principles and determined regularities is a scientific base for performing designs for the small-repeated fatigue at thermomechanical loading over complex trajectories. The design methods and test methods of materials for the small-repeated fatigue at thermomechanical loadings have been developed and introduced into the national economy. The economic effect caused by an introduction during period before 1991 confirmed by introduction acts constitutes more than 20 mln roubles.
