PHARMACOETOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE GAMK SYSTEM ROLE IN THE REGULATION OF SOME FORMS OF THE PATHOLOGICAL BEHAVIOUR

By Irina Vladimirovna Belozertseva

Abstract

The object of investigation: 789 mice with mass of 18 to 30 g. The psychotropic properties of the reference GAMK-organic compounds (muscimol, THIP, baklophen, phenibut, natrium valproate) and the GAMK derivatives (carphedone, phepirone, omega, gammalgine) have been investigated, using the models of the pathological agression, "anxiety-depressive" behaviour and morphine abstinent syndrome. For the first time, the etological analysis of the psychotropic activity of the GAMK derivatives has been performed under the conditions of modeling of the behaviour different pathology and its antiagressive moderate antianxious action has been showh; on the base of the etological approach, the state of the morphine abstinention has been analyzed and unbreaking of the food and search behaviour, connected with it, of mice has been shown. The new data about the ability of GAMK-positive substances of reduce the appearance of the morphine abstinent syndrome and, in the less degree, to influence on its formation. The purpose of use of the etological methods with the deepened screening of means for the compensation of the appearances of the morphine abstinention has been shownAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
