The panel of the monoclonal antibodies (MCA) to the K-antigens of the Salmonella has been obtained. By means of them the presence of the specific active generally generic determinants K-Ag and absence of the expressed decussation with other species of the enterobacteria have been shown, the relationship of the K-antigens has been shown also by means of the biochemical investigation in the protein part. The presence of the minor determinants K-Ag has been shown firstly. The generally generic antigenic determinants K-Ag has been characterized by means of the epitopic analysis, the difference of the connecting epitops of K-Ag from O-antigens of the Salmonella has been proved. On base of MCA with use of the immuno-fermental analysis the new diagnostic test-system for revealing excitators of the salmonellosis in the foods has been developed for a purpose of the prophilaxis at the acute intestinal diseases.
