DEVELOPMENT OF QUANTITATIVE METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF BENZ(A)PYRENE METABOLITES IN EXCRETA OF ANIMALS AND STUDY OF SPECIAL INDIVIDUAL AND SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THEIR EXCRETION

Abstract

116 rat-males of the L10 line and 5 monkey-males Macaca fascicularis have been investigated in experiment. The high-sensitive spectral-fluorescent methods for quantitative determination of the marker benz(a)pyrene (BP) metabolites without their chromatographic separation have been developed firstly, the special individual and specific features of their excretion have been investigated. The real methodical possibilities for study of the individual sensitivity and determination of the exposure level among the persons subjecting to the BP action have been createdAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
