Abstract

There the study objects are PS-64 fungous mycelium, the laboratory animals (1400 rats). The distinctions of metabolic processes to estimate the biological value of new non-traditional albumen have been studied for the first time; the isoferment spectrum of six generations of rats has been used for hygienic assessment of new non-traditional albuminous product.
