THE METHOD OF CONTROL AND CRITERIA OF EVALUATION OF THE ANTIGENEOUS ACTIVITY OF VACCINES AGAINST THE SHEEPS' CENUROSIS

Abstract

The antigeneous composition of the anti-cenurosis vaccine has been revealed; the methods of control of its antigene activity have been developed. The methods of control of the antigeneous activity of vaccine against the sheeps' cenurosis decreases the terms of examination from 30 to 3-4 days; the scheme of the rabbits' immunization has been offered to obtain the specific antiserum to the antigeneous complex of the vaccine.
