Abstract

The purpose of the work: the comparative studying of structure and genome organisation of Bsp-family in tandem-repeating nucleotide consequences of the Canidae species to reveal the common and particular laws in their evolution. Given has been the description of the new family of the DNA repeating consequences, occupying the essential part of genomes of a fox, Arctic fox, and other representatives of the Canidae family. The results of action of the concrete molecular mechanisms have been shown. The molecular-phylogenetic analysis has been performed.
