SYNTHESIS AND INVESTIGATION OF PROPERTIES IN CRYO-RESISTANT POLYMERS ON BASE OF 2-CYANACRYLATES

Abstract

The work covers the fluorine- and silicon-containing 2-cyanacrylates, polymers and heteropolymers on their base. The aim is to make the cryo-resistant polymers on base of the heterogeneous 2-cyanacrylates, to synthesize them and to investigate the influence of the chemical monomer structure on the thermal, mechanical and adhesive properties of polymers. A number of the fluorine- and silicon-containing 2-cyanacrylates and polymers on their base has been synthesized. The methods regulating the properties of polycyanacrylates by means of their chemical modification have been developed. The producible synthesis procedure of fluorinealryl-2-cyanacrylates and also 7 new cold hardening adhesives of grade "Kriotsin" and "Tsiakrin SR" with working temperature range from -269 to +85 degrees C with special properties have been developed.
