Abstract

Subject of investigation: evaporating systems for cooling super-high frequency devices. Purpose of the work: recommendations on the effective technological methods for the intensification of the convective heat transfer in the evaporating systems of cooling the SHF devices. Developed are a mathematical model and methods for calculation of the temperature field of the super-high frequency devices. Methods are developed for the intensification of the convective heat transfer in the boiling zone of the super-high frequency devices, which provide for an increase in the reliability of their operation.
