Improvement of processes of tubes pressing made of aluminium alloys on the base of higher efficiency of technological lubrications utilization

Abstract

The object of investigation: the technological lubricants intended for the tubes pressing made of aluminium alloys. The work is aimed at improvind the processes of the tubes hot pressng made of aluminium alloys by using the effective hard technological lubricants. The new conceptions of the deformaion non-uniformity has been introduced, the mathematical model of the metal plastic deformation process has been offered on the base of the flow theory positions. The methods of estimation of the plastic friction coefficient has been theoretically grounded and developed. The developed methods allow to study the efficiency of the technological lubricants at plastic deformation. The technological lubricant intended for hot pressing of the aluminium alloys has been offered. The composition of the hard technological lubricant and the device for its mechanized application have been introduced. The ecology of the production has been improved, the economy effect of 24,000 roubles has been obtained (prices of 1990).
