The membrane proteins-immunogenes and tubulin-like protein of mycoplasma (mycoplasma gallisepticum)

The object of investigation: the cells of mycoplasma. The purpose of the work: studying the surface immunogenes M.gallisepticum and searching for the proteins similar to the proteins of the cytoskeleton eucaryots. It has been shown that in the cellular extracts of the movable mycoplasma, 40 kDa protein having the common with the tubulins eucaryots epitopes is present. The protein enters the composition of the tubular structures of the cell which have been connected with the surface immunogenes. The model of the cell movement has been offered. For the first time it has been shown that the strong immunogenes of the mycoplasma differ in the dimensions and antigene properties. The model of mycoplasma cell movement has been suggested. The possibility of the participation of the tubular structures in the cellular movement is being studied. The new hypothetic diagram of cell M.gallisepticum movement has been suggested.
