Abstract

Amorphous and crystalline alloys on the base of nickel, iron and zirconium, alloyed by transition metals are considered in the paper aiming at the interconnection clarification of the electron structure of amorphous and crystalline alloys on the base of nickel, iron and zirconium, alloyed by transition metals with mechanical properties and thermal stability. As a result particular features of the local electron structure of alloys have been investigated. The model calculation of the surplus charge near the dislocation of nickel has been held. Mechanisms, responsible for the strenghtening and thermal stability of alloys have been analyzed. Compounds of amorphous-crystalline powder tool steels, the heat stability of which is higher for 100-150 degrees C than the heat stability of quick-cutting tools, applied in present time, have been suggested.
