THE COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE STRUCTURE-FUNCTIONAL VARIATIONS OF THE ORGANS AND TISSUES OF MICE WITH THE INHERENT PATHOLOGY, INDUCED BY THE INACTIVATED AND INFECTION WITH GRIPPE VIRUS

By Svetlana Ivanovna Bukovskaya

Abstract

The object of investigation: the inactivated and infection grippe virus A(H*001N*001) strain WSN, PR8(H*001N*001), Aichi(H*003N*002) of mice, line C57BL/6 and colony SNK. The purpose of the work: special study of character of the structure-functional variations in the organs and tissues of mice, to born from the females, whom the inactivated grippe virus had been introduced in the period of pregnancy once. For the first time, one of the most important mechanisms of the damaging action of the grippe virus on the cells and organs of the developing organism has been studied in the course of formation of the slow grippe infection. The obtained results justify the expediency of "antineiramidase" direction in the experimental development of diagrams and methods of treatment of the slow grippe infection. The work widens the representation about the mechanism of damaging action of the grippe virus on the cells of organs and tissues of organismsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
