Multiparticle effects in two-dimensional systems

Two-dimensional systems with electron gas have been investigated in the paper. As a result the limiting value of the electron mobility in heterostructures has been calculated. The influence of electron gas of optical properties of excitons has been investigated. New calculation methods have been suggested.
