Abstract

The work is concerned with multi-charge ions. The purpose of the paper is to improve a method of the relativistic Green function, to develop a design programme of a proper-energy part of the Lamb shift for heavy hydrogen-similar ions. The design procedure for the relativistic Green function with a complex energy parameter for an arbitrary central-symmetric potential has been formulated. The regulation criteria of the design procedure for the second fundamental solution of the Dirac equation have been developed.
