Development of high-dense service fluids on calcium nitrate basis for pumping down and for repair of wells

There the purpose is to develop the inexpensive non-scarce service fluids on the water basis without the solid phase for the perforation work performance and for the repair work performance in the wells with the coefficient of anomalism of formational pressure up to 1.6. The corrosion inertness of ammoniacal calcium nitrate solution to the pipe metal in the well, which has been produced by the apatite processing, at the temperatures up to 90 degrees C and at pH=6-8 has been determined. It is presented that the main properties of brines on the basis of mix in the calcium chloride and in the calcium nitrate depend on their component composition. The numerical value of temperature expansion coefficient of brines on the basis of calcium nitrate has been found. The shortage of high-dense brines for the pumping down and for the repair of wells, which takes place in the industry, has been corrected by the organization of industrial production of ammoniacal calcium nitrate solution with the density up to 1.55 g/cm*993. The preparation questions, the questions of single-minded control of properties and the expansion questions of application field of heavy brines on the calcium nitrate basis have been studied.
