Influence of outward and inward geometry of hydrocyclone on classification process of haematite-magnetite quartzites from mikhailovski mining-beneficiating integrated works

There the study object is the flow of fluid in the cyclone. The study purpose is to rise the classification efficiency of finely divided haematite-magnetite quartzites in the hydrocyclones with the improved shape. The mathematical model of fluid flow has been developed, the optimum form of non-cylindrical part has been substantiated, the interrelation between the integral characteristic of hydrocyclone and its process purpose has been brought out, the non-correspondence of separation characteristic to the curve of normal Gauss distribution has been determined. The GTS-360GP hydrocyclone has been designed and has been produced, the scheme of intercycle recirculation of division products has been proposed, the process of gravitation complementary benefication of concentrate has been developed.
