Mathematical simulation of processes of optical bistability

The aim to be attained is to create differential methods to solve some problems of optical bistability in semiconductors and chemically active gas mixtures, perform numerical experiments. Differencial methods of their solution were first developed and substantiated for the problems of absorptive and absorptive-dispersive optical bistability in semiconductors and problems of stimulation of a chemical reaction in a two-component gas mixture by optical radiation under conditions of the developed thermodiffusion of gas components. The proposed methods were first realized in the form of the programs for computers which can be used for calculation of specific physical problems.
