The control system of heat exchange and pressure loss in investigated in the paper aiming at the law experimental investigation of heat exchange in heat exchanging surface, covered by the layer of magnetic liquid. New results of the cover stability have been obtained as well as the pictures of the flow in channels with the magnetoliquid cover. The empirical criterial depenlences of the intensity of heat exchange and pressure loss on cover parameters have been established. The dependences of the heat exhcange intensification method effectiveness on cover parameters have been constructed. Optimum parameters of the magnetoliquid ccver have been determined. Various variants of the cover creation have been suggested.
