Theoretical investigation of radio recombination lines under conditions of space plasma

Galaxy and out of galaxy interstar mediums are considered in the paper aiming at the particular feature investigation for spectral characteristics of radio recombination lines near the ionization boundary in the field of line overlap parameters. As a result the method for the kinetic equation solution for populations by means of their reduction to the boundary condition has been suggested. Formulae for the shift and spectral width in the case of the interference of Stokes and anti-Stokes components have been obtained for the first time. The solutions obtained are applicable to the forecasting of line observations in the optically dense plasma. The investigation results have been introduced into the development of experiments for the study of optically dense media. The results have been used in the experimental data interpretation.
