Abstract

Subject of inquiry: BiSrCaCuO high-temperature superconductor doped with lead. The aim of the work is the determination of superconductivity parameters and their dependence upon temperature, the determination of physical condition of high-temperature superconductor surface. Modelling of states tunneling density has been carried out.
