Production and investigation of long-living plasma toroidal vortexes in atmosphere

The work is concerned with physical relationships in long-living plasma toroidal vortexes. A physical model of the formation, development and decay of the plasma toroidal vortex decay in the atmosphere has been offered. Grounding of an anomalous duration of the afterglow has been given. The long-living (upto 1.5 c) plasma toroidal vortexes in a free atmosphere with using of an inductive carrier of the power have been obtained.
