Abstract

The study deals with nitrides, oxinitrides and oxides of some transition metals of IV and V groups. The work is aimed at studying thermochemical and electrical phenomena under plasma action of CO321 laser on transition metals and their compounds. New information is received on the specificity of plasma interaction of CO321 laser pulse radiation of microsecond duration with metals.
