Abstract

The ways for relaxation of the electronic excitations created in the wide-zone dielectrics by the photons. The new scientific direction - theoretical investigation of the relaxation processes in the electronic excitations created in the wide-zone dielectrics by the photons with power from one to hundreds breadths of the forbidden zones has been developed.
