RADIATION AT THE CHANNELING OF RELATIVISTIC ELECTRONS IN MONOCRYSTALS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS FOR ITS FOCUSING AND FILTRATION ON ENERGY

Abstract

The experimental plant creation for the radiation spectroscopy of channeled electrons is the aim of the paper as well as the development of methods for its focusing and filtration on energy. As a result effective methods for the focusing and filtration of radiation at the channeling of electrons of low and medium energies have been developed. The experimental plant for the radiation spectroscopy of channeled electrons has been created. Radiation spectrums at the plane channeling of electrons with 19,2 MeV energy in silicon targets of various thickness have been measured. The passage of X-ray radiation through polycapillar roentgenguides has been investigated.
