OPTICAL DEPHASING, PHONONLESS LINES AND PHONONLESS TRANSITIONS FOR ADMIXTURE CENTRES IN CRYSTALS, POLYMERS AND GLASS

Abstract

A form of an optical band for admixture centres in crystals, polumers and glass is considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of the influence of the quadratic electron-oscillatory interaction on homogeneous optical spectrums of admixture crystals and amorphous media. During the investigation the method of Green functions and the method of the cumulative decomposition have been used. As a result the theory, describing a form of an optical band for an admixture centre, theory taking into account the influence of the quadratic interaction both with tunnel and with oscillatory degrees of freedom, without the use of the disturbance theory on these interactions, has been constructed for the first time. Some experimental results of the optical dephasing of the electron excitation and boardening of optical lines have been explained. Some parameters of the electron-phonon interaction have been calculated on this basis. The paper results may find their field of application in optics, non-linear spectroscopyAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
