Dislocation structure influence on the defect of young's modulus of alkaline-halogen crystals

Abstract

Crystals of chloride sodium are investigated in the paper. As a result the computer model for the calculation of Young's modulus defect of crystals, being in the ultrasonic field, has been created. New mechanisms of the propagation and annihilation of dislocations have been cleared up. Dependences of Young's modulus defect on the deformation amplitude for crystals with the various dislocation structure have been obtained.
