THE DEVELOPMENT AND INTRODUCTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY AND MACHINES FOR THE POST-HARVESTING PROCESSING OF THE GRAIN UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF SIBERIA

Abstract

The aerodynamic and heat-exchange processes, taking place at throwing and colling the grain, have been studied. The mathematical models, describing the theory of the grain motion by the blade of the blade drum of the portional thrower, the components of the grain pile in the oncoming air stream and the heat-exchange processes, taking place at the grain blowing with thw atmospheric air at great speeds, have been developed. The two directions of intensification of the atmospheric air effect on the grain material and two methods of the grain cooling have been justified and experimentally investigated. The technology of processing of the grain pile and the modified throwers have been introduced in the Siberia farms. The manufacture of the experimental batch of the portional throwers is being planned on Plant "Buryatfarmmach". The technical documentaion of the vortex cooler has been delivered to the JSC Bryanskselmach for the manufacture of the industrial specimen and its series production.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
