MODELLING OF CYCLIC DEFORMATION AND DESTRUCTION OF STRUCTURE ELEMENTS AFTER THE TRANSITION OF A MATERIAL ON THE PRE-DESTRUCTION STAGE

Abstract

Structure elements under conditions of a multicyclic load are investigated in the paper aiming at the development of the refined methodology for the calculation of the rigid body durability with the complete use of material resources. As a result kinetic equations of a connected parametrized boundary-value problem have been obtained. The two-stage methodology for its solution has been suggested. Experimental complete diagrams of the deformation of some materials have been constructed. These diagrams have been used for the estimation of their crack-resistance and the determination of cyclic training. Methodologies for the estimation of the resistance to static and cyclic deformation have been introduced into operation. Expenditures on the preliminary processing of a steel sheet have been reduced considerably.
