A plastically deformed solid body, exposed to complex loading, is considered in the paper aiming at the program complex elaboration for the construction of communication relations with complex loading in the frameworks of the N.Ju.Shvaiko slip theory and the solution of boundary problems and stability problems for cylindrical bodies on their base. As a result boundary problems and stability problems for a thick walled cylinder with complex loading have been solved. It has been proved, that critical parameters, corresponding to the process bifurcation of the deformation of the first and the second orders, are determined by the same relations. The developed application package of the determinacy of dependences between speed components of stress and deformation may be used in the solution of boundary problems and stability problems for various elements of constructions.
