This report contains an investigation in ten different dutch zoos in feeding meat to there animals. It handles about the food safety and quality of the meat in Dutch zoos. The hygiene of the kitchen, where the meat is treated, is microbiology scored. Furthermore contains it also an investigation with relation to the regulatory requirements, and how to deal with this
