Abstract

This thesis discusses the translation of wordplay in feminist literature, with special reference to Mary Daly's 1978 book Gyn/Ecology. Part of this thesis is an analysis and a translation of some passages from this work to further examine the difficulties that a translator can come across when translating wordplay in feminist literature
