Saccoglossa (Opisthobranchia) from the Ryukyu Islands

Abstract

Saccoglossans collected in the central and southern Ryukyu Islands are described. Of 21 species recorded, II species are described as new: Volvatella angeliniana, Aplysiopsis wrangeliae, Costasiella paweli, C. usagi, C. vegae, C. rubrolineata, C. iridophora, C. kuroshimae, Elysiobranchus ryukyuensis, Elysia .flavipunctata, and E. minima
