Abstract

In this paper a method of retrospective case supervision is proposed. This method pays special attention to the therapist’s self-reflection and has the therapist’s inner conversation as a central concept. In the method the procedure of tape assisted recall is used. It is aimed at helping trainees to develop experiential expertise in order to become more flexible and effective therapists.
