Abstract

Variant of the "Lilas" model (1049 sq. ft.), with attached garage; Mirabel is an off-island suburb south of Montreal, named in 1973. Le St-Augustin is a residential development of single family and semi-detached condominium tract homes in Mirabel. The development is near services and sports parks and has a daycare and park as part of the project.
