The purpose of this study was to identify the pathogenicity and virulence of Aeromonas hydrophila in toman fish. General bacterial identification was carried out using biochemical analyzes and followed by PCR tests. Several pathogenic bacterial were found in the fish samples consisting of Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas salmonicida, Myroides sp., and Edwardsiella sp. The PCR 16S rRNA test confirmed that all of the isolates were all bacteria. Parasites species identified in the samples of toman fish were Trichodina sp., Vorticella sp., Henneguya sp., Oodinium sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Dactylogyrus sp. and Acanthochepalus sp. The artificial infection treatment showed that toman fish was highly vulnerable to Aeromonas hydrophila, with 100% mortality within 24 hours
