Abstract

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has held that a school board regulation requiring teachers to resign at the end of their fifth month of pregnancy is reasonable and thus valid under a state statute. Cerra v. East Stroudsburg Area School District, 3 Pa. Comm. Ct. 665, 285 A.2d 206 (1971)
