1a Escola d'Estiu Eduglobalstem : una experiència comunitària d'aprenentatge i apoderament de professorat

Abstract

En aquest article expliquem d'on parteix la 1a Escola d'Estiu EdulgbalSTEM (EEE19), quin és el context que l'ha fet possible i com esdevé una eina interessant d'apoderament de professorat. Plantegem l'interès d'introduir l'educació per la justícia global (EJG) a les aules STEM i resumim reptes i oportunitats que això implica per al professorat STEM. A partir de l'experiència Eduglobalstem reflexionem sobre els grups de treball com a eina de formació, apoderament i foment del treball en xarxa entre docents, i com la sinergia entre professorat i entitats promotores d'EJG incrementa les possibilitats d'apoderament i incidència per als i les docents.This article is about the origin of the 1st Summer School Edulgbalstem (EEE19), what has made its creation possible and how it has becomes an interesting tool for teachers' empowerment. Our proposal is the introduction of Global Justice Education in STEM classrooms and outline the challenges and opportunities that this would imply to STEM teachers. Based on our Eduglobalstem experience we reflect upon working groups as a tool for training, empowerment and the promotion of networks among teachers. We also analyse the way in which the synergy created between teachers and GJE promoting entities increases the possibilities of empowerment and advocacy for teacher
