The Professional Team Model of School Social Work in the United States and Its Revelation

Abstract

在美国学校社会工作发展的百年历程中,服务方式由单一专业介入模式演变成专业团队模式,成为美国学校社会工作的主要服务方式。专业团队模式包含多专业团队模式、专业间团队模式和跨专业团队模式,是一种多专业综合服务视角,主张以案主为中心、兼顾治疗与预防、提倡专业人员之间的合作和工作方法的整合。虽然我国学校社会工作仍处于建设发展阶段,目前无法推行专业团队模式,但多专业综合服务视角对解决我国学校系统中的多元问题和学校社会工作体系的构建有重要的借鉴意义。Service mode of school social work has evolved from single professional services into interprofessional services after a century of development in the United States. The professional team model has become the main service mode of the school social work, whose models include multi-, inter- and transprofessional teamwork. Interprofessional services claimed customer focus, balancing prevention with treatment, promoting cooperation between professionals and working method of integration. Although the school social work in China has been in construction stage, the collaboration team model of school social work in American has important significance in solving diverse problems in our school system and the construction of school social work system in China
