The Overall Structrural Design of Micro CCD Spectrum Instrumment


着眼于近年来CCD技术和计算机技术方面的迅速发展,在深入分析光谱仪的一般结构与原理的基础上研制一种实用的利用线阵CCD与计算机结合的多通道光谱测量仪器。光谱测量范围为400~760nm,光谱分辨率3.9nm。由于采用一维线阵探测器,与传统扫描式光谱仪相比,本光谱仪的检测速度得到极大的提高。Due to the requirement of high testing speed, a multi-channel spectrometer is designed on the basis of deeply analysis of the construction and principle of spectrometer.which combines the technology of CCD with the technology of computer. The spectrum range of the spectrometer is from 400 to 760nm, its spectral resolution is about 3.9nm. Because the system reaches higher testing speed than the conditional spectrometers, consulting linear array detector is tes- tified through experiments that the multi-channel spectrometer based on linear CCD achieves the design aims.广东工业大学青年基金项目(项目编号:062042
