Physical optics analysis of a beam waveguide with six reflectors

Abstract

De paper presenteert een efficiente code voor analyse van beam waveguide configuraties en multi-reflector antennas door midddel van physical optics (PO) integratie. De code is toegepast om een beam waveguide met 6 reflectoren te analyseren. Het heeft 177 seconden gekost op een Cray computer.\u3cbr/\u3e** ESA contract with P. S. Kildal in Trondheim Noorwegen An efficient code for the analysis of beam waveguides and multireflector antennas by PO (physical optics) integration is presented. In the ELAB PO-code, there is no restriction on the number of reflectors, each reflector can be numerically specified to any shape, and the reflectors may be plane or parts of ellipsoids, with elliptical contours.
