Abstract

Catedra Pediatrie si Neonatologhie FPM USMF “Nicolae Testemiţanu”There were examined 142 children with different gastroduodenal disordes (36-with chronic gastritis, 49-chronic gastroduodenitis, 57- ulcer-erosive disease). Screening salivary metabolic tests determined the informati of the total protein, creatine, ureea in making a topic preventive diagnosis, 2) coefficient Al in serum/AL in the saliva for in differential diagnosis, 3) concentration of glutationreductase in determination of severity of disease, 4) the level of DM to evaluate the treatment eficiency. Indices of piruvat and glutation can be used for prognosis of treatment results.
