Personální marketing


The objective of the thesis is, based on the conclusions made on the implemented analyses and the information available, to offer the management of the company feedback in the form of suggestions, propositions, and measures which may contribute to the quality of processes regarding the company's personnel, especially with regards to hiring employees. Within this thesis, the current state and quality of personnel marketing, as well as the quality of the hiring process is analyzed in the company SSI Schäfer s.r.o. Subsequently, based on the results gathered from the questionnaire survey, propositions on various changes in the area of personnel marketing are made to the company. These include, for example, providing employee benefits through the Cafeteria system, as well as other suggestions that are likely to contribute to the improvement of the image and reputation of the company as an attractive employer on the job market
