Odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a jeho vliv na motivaci

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with problems associated with employee remuneration and motivation in Terni Ltd. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes all important concepts associated with the problems. The practical part describes the current system in the selected company and a questionnaire survey, whose task was identifying satisfaction with the existing system of remuneration. Based on this information, I propose the relevant work possible changes that would improve the current situation and in the future could contribute to higher employee satisfaction
