Abstract

The thesis analyses and evaluates human resources methods in ČSOB a.s. in the areas of creating engagements, employees recruitment, adaptation, appraisal, education, remuneration and benefits. Firstly, the theoretical aspects of the thesis are described and explained.Secondly, the methods used in ČSOB are described. Thirdly, the human resources research is proceeded, the week and strong points are mentioned and possible recommendation are suggested
