PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SUSU KEDELAI TERHADAP KADAR HEMOGLOBIN IBU NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS GUBUG 1

Abstract

Background : Anemia in pregnancy is a condition with hemoglobin levels below 12 gr% in postpartum period mother. Prevention of iron deficiency anemia can be done with iron supplementation. One of supplement to help to gain body need of iron is Soy milk.Objective : The aim of study was to analyze the effect of soy milk to hemoglobin levels of postpartum mother.Method : This Research is Quasy Eksperiment eith Pre Post Test with control Design. Respondent is 30 postpartum period mother that divided into experiment group and control group. Data Collection technique used Observational question and interview. Data were Analyze using paired t test and Mann whitney test.Result : The result of the research showed that the average increase of experiment group hemoglobin concertation was 1.31 g/dl. While the average increase of control group hemoglobin levels was 0.51 g/d. The differece between two group was 0.8 g/dl. P value of the research is 0.001 < ? (0.05) it means that the were significant influence by giving soy milk to postpartum mother hemoglobin levelxii +62 hlm.; ilus.; tab.; 29 c
